Two quick numbers from your kitchen
Statements show what the apps take. They cannot see what your food costs you.
Example: a AED 100 meal sold at 30% off brings in AED 70. If the food costs AED 21, that is 21% of menu price, or 30% of sales after discounts.
Why it matters: with deep discounts, 30% of menu price can be 45% of your sales after discounts. That difference decides whether ads make you money.
Why we ask: rating decides whether paid ads are worth it. Conversion tells us whether a high food cost is buying you volume.
