Who we are

These tools are provided by Gromad, a restaurant growth and food marketing agency based in Dubai, UAE (gromad.io, hello@gromad.io).

What the tools are for

The Monthly P&L Health Check, Revenue Growth Plan, Campaign Planner and other tools on gromad.io/analytics are free to use for your own restaurant or brand. Results are estimates and guidelines based on the numbers you provide and Gromad’s benchmarks. They are not financial, legal or tax advice, and they are not a guarantee of results.

Your files and data

Statement files you add to the P&L Health Check are read in your browser and are never uploaded. When you ask for a report or a PDF, we receive the contact details you enter and headline numbers (for example sales, discount, ad spend and margin), so we can send your report and contact you about it. We only send marketing emails if you tick the box to receive them, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

Our work stays ours

The tools, their design, the scoring, the thresholds, the benchmarks and the advice they produce are Gromad’s proprietary work and are protected by copyright. You may not copy, scrape, reverse engineer, resell, republish or use them to build a competing product or service, or present them as your own. Sharing your own PDF report with your partners, staff or advisers is fine.

Fair use

Do not use the tools in a way that harms the service, for example automated bulk requests or attempts to access the server code.

Changes

We may update the tools and these terms. The version on this page applies from the date you use the tools.
